在总结中国水电厂计算机监控技术发展20 年所取得成就的基础上,结合三峡水利枢纽及三峡—葛洲坝水电厂梯级调度的特点和要求,提出了其自动化系统的设计原则,重点讨论了计算机选型、冗余、分层分布、三级网络、无人值班、综合自动化等问题。给出了三峡—葛洲坝水电厂梯级调度及电站监控系统的总体构思,按相互交换信息的关系,将其分为三大类子系统,指出各子系统的基本功能,并对目前已运行的自动化系统和即将建设的新系统的接口问题、梯级调度的关系及方式进行了论述
Based on the achievements made in the development of computer monitoring and control technology in China for the past 20 years and based on the characteristics and requirements of the Three Gorges Dam and the Three Gorges-Gezhouba cascade hydropower plant, the design principles of the automation system are put forward. The computer selection , Redundancy, hierarchical distribution, three networks, unattended, integrated automation and other issues. The overall conception of cascade scheduling and power station monitoring system of Three Gorges Project - Gezhouba Hydropower Station is given. According to the relationship of exchanging information with each other, it is divided into three main types of subsystems, and the basic functions of each subsystem are pointed out. At the same time, System and the upcoming construction of the new system interface problems, the relationship between cascade scheduling and methods were discussed
