在对无定河流域自然社会经济情况、水土流失进行调查的基础上,综合分析各类型区生态功能条件及生态环境存在的主要问题,针对各类型区的生态功能条件,提出分区发展方向;分析评价各水土保持生态环境治理措施在流域治理及经济发展中的作用,通过实地调查,提出该流域不同治理类型区的措施布局;根据流域社会经济发展及生态环境建设需要,分析论证无定河流域到2020年水土保持生态建设规模,对无定河流域的生态环境建设具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the investigation of the natural and social economy and water and soil loss in the Wudinghe River Basin, the paper analyzes the main ecological problems and the main problems in the eco-environment of each type of area, and proposes the development direction of the subarea. Evaluate the role of all soil and water conservation measures in basin governance and economic development, and put forward the layout of measures for different governance zones in the basin through field investigation. According to the needs of social and economic development and ecological environment construction in the basin, By 2020, the scale of ecological construction of soil and water conservation will be of guiding significance to the ecological environment construction in the Wudinghe River Basin.
