在中华医学会武汉分会神经精神科学会年会上交流了散发性脑炎的临床经验,现整理报道如下。报导部分会上收到武汉、荆沙、宜昌、襄凡、恩施等地区有关散发性脑炎的文章10篇,共421例。临床资料显示:在农村发病较城镇为多,多为急性或亚急性起病,可有或无感染的前驱症状;全脑弥散性损害的临床症状是本病的基本特征,亦可在全脑损害
In the Chinese Medical Association of Wuhan Branch of the annual meeting of neuropsychiatric experiencing the clinical experience of sporadic encephalitis, are now organized as follows. Some of the articles on sporadic encephalitis received in Wuhan, Jingsha, Yichang, Xiangfan, Enshi and other regions were reported in the report part, with 421 in total. Clinical data show that: in rural areas more than the incidence of urban, mostly acute or subacute onset, with or without infection of the prodromal symptoms; diffuse global clinical symptoms of diffuse damage is the basic characteristics of the disease, but also in the whole brain damage
