用复方丹参注射液静脉注射及球后注射治疗急性缺血性视神经病变２７例３８只眼，均获有效，治愈率为８１．５８％。治疗前后视野变化卡方检验差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），臂一视网膜循环时间在治疗前后比较，差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。并对该病与球后视神经炎、癔病性视力丧失的鉴别诊断，复方丹参的作用机理和球后给药途径等进行了讨论，认为复方丹参注射液是治疗本病较理想的药物；球后给药有缩短给药途径优点，尚未发现不良反应，也是一种较好的给药途径。

And the disease and retrobulbar optic neuritis, hysterical visual loss of the differential diagnosis, the mechanism of action of compound Salvia and ball route of administration are discussed, the compound Danshen injection is the treatment of this disease is the ideal drug; after the ball Administration has the advantages of shortening the route of administration, no adverse reactions have been found, but also a better route of administration.
