声像档案资料是高校档案的重要组成部分,由于声像档案资料的特殊性,其分类也具有自身的特征。高校声像档案分类不能简单地以介质或高校部门职能划分,必须根据拍摄记录的对象和用途、资料的价值等综合考虑。根据这样的思路高校声像档案可以分为日常活动声像档案资料、教学活动声像资料、科学研究声像档案资料、社会调查声像资料、文化遗产声像资料、社会服务声像资料等。
Audiovisual archives are an important part of college archives. Due to the particularity of audiovisual archives, their classification also has its own characteristics. University audio-visual file classification can not simply be divided by the media or the functions of university departments, must be based on the recording of the object and the use of records, the value of data and so on. According to this idea, college audio and video archives can be divided into daily activities, audio and video files, audio and video teaching activities, scientific research audio and video files, social survey audio and video materials, cultural heritage audio and video materials, social services, audio and video data.
