目的评价参加比对的实验室职业卫生检测技术水平和能力,加强工作场所职业病危害因素检测的质量控制,确保职业卫生日常检测结果的准确和可靠。方法 2009年比对项目为活性炭管中三氯乙烯、甲苯,血中铅和滤膜中锰,2010年比对项目为活性炭管中苯、1,2-二氯乙烷,滤膜中铅,尿中镉、肌酐,要求各比对实验室按照日常使用方法进行检测,对检测结果采用稳健统计方法,并兼顾技术能力的要求。结果 2009年参加比对的93家实验室中,提交的255对/项检测数据中检测结果满意率为71.8%、基本满意率为19.2%、不满意率为9.0%;2010年比对102家实验室提交287对/项,检测结果满意率78.0%、基本满意率为9.4%、不满意率为12.5%。结论通过室间比对,可提高参加实验室职业卫生相关项目的检测水平,促进实验室质量管理体系的进一步完善。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the level and ability of laboratory occupational hygienic testing to participate in the comparison and to improve the quality control of occupational hazards in the workplace and to ensure the accuracy and reliability of routine occupational health tests. Methods The comparison items in 2009 were trichlorethylene, toluene, blood lead and manganese in the filter. The items of comparison in 2010 were benzene, 1,2-dichloroethane in activated carbon, lead in filter, Urinary cadmium, creatinine, requiring each comparison of laboratories in accordance with the daily use of the test method, the test results using a robust statistical methods, and taking into account the technical capacity requirements. Results Among the 93 laboratories that participated in the comparison in 2009, the satisfaction rate of the test results in 255 pairs of test items submitted was 71.8%, the basic satisfaction rate was 19.2% and the unsatisfactory rate was 9.0%; in 2010, 102 Laboratory submitted 287 pairs / item, the test results were satisfactory rate of 78.0%, the basic satisfaction rate was 9.4%, the dissatisfaction rate was 12.5%. Conclusion Through the comparison between rooms, it is possible to increase the level of testing in occupational health related laboratories and to further improve the laboratory quality management system.
