地产企业目前几乎都在密切关注养老领域,但成熟的市场模式仍有待探索按照上海老年人口的增长速度,到2020年,即“十三五”时期末,老年人口占上海户籍人口的比重将超过36%,总数超过540万。新出炉的《上海市老龄事业发展“十三五”规划》提出,户籍人口深度老龄化将成为一种社会常态。《规划》表示,庞大的老年群体以及由此产生的养老服务需求,将对上海产业结构、经济结构、劳动力结构、社会结构等经济社会发展的各个方面产生全面、长期、深远的影响。
