【案情简介】2002年6月,王某以“张丽”的名义入职A公司,从普通员工直至升任行政经理,并负责管理A公司公章。在劳动关系存续期间,王某一直隐瞒身份。2009年12月31日王某突然离开A公司,并通过邮寄快递的方式向公司发出《关于解除劳动合同关系的函》,声称因单位拖欠其生活津贴及未依法缴交住房公积金和社会保险等原因,故决定解除与A公司的劳动关系。2010年1月,王某以真实身份提出劳动仲裁申请,要求A公司支付拖欠的2009年9月至12月
