目的通过对1730例健康体检女性的人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染情况进行分析,推测广州地区女性HPV感染状况。方法采用HPV核酸分型流式荧光杂交法,对来我院体检的1730例健康女性宫颈分泌物进行17种高危型HPV和10种低危型HPV核酸检测,并对不同年龄组的感染情况进行比较,总结该人群不同HPV型别及亚型感染率。结果高危型HPV感染率10.17%(176/1730),低危型HPV感染率为5.90%(102/1730)。各年龄段高危型HPV感染率最高的为>60岁年龄段,其次为<30岁年龄段。HPV感染模式最常见为高危型单一,最少见的感染模式为低危型多重合并高危型单一。高危型HPV感染率前8位依次为HPV53型、58型、52型、39型、16型、18型、51型、56型,低危型HPV感染率前4位依次为HPV43型、61型、81型、42型。结论广州地区女性HPV感染率较高,并且以高危型HPV感染为主。定期进行HPV筛查,有利于预防和早期发现宫颈病变。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in 1730 healthy women in Guangzhou and estimate the prevalence of HPV infection in Guangzhou women. Methods Seventeen kinds of high-risk HPV and 10 kinds of low-risk HPV DNA were detected by HPV nucleic acid typing flow cytometry in 1730 healthy women who came to our hospital for physical examination. The infection of different age groups Compare and summarize the different HPV types and subtypes in this population. Results High-risk HPV infection rate was 10.17% (176/1730) and low-risk HPV infection rate was 5.90% (102/1730). The highest prevalence of high-risk HPV in all age groups was> 60 years of age, followed by <30 years of age. The most common pattern of HPV infection is high-risk single, the most common infection pattern is low-risk multiple merger high-risk single. The first eight cases of high-risk HPV infection were HPV type 53, type 58, type 52, type 39, type 16, type 18, type 51 and type 56. The top 4 low-risk HPV types were HPV43, , 81 type, 42 type. Conclusion The prevalence of HPV infection in Guangzhou is high, and high-risk type HPV infection is the most common. Regular HPV screening is conducive to the prevention and early detection of cervical lesions.
