笔者在日常检测中发现,滤波器通频带设置不当会造成心电图机幅值衰减、波形失真。尤其在检测“幅度时间参数测量”一项时测量值有可能超出规程限定值范围。因此,笔者认为“波形识别能力与幅度时间参数测量”一项也应当正确设置滤波器参数。一、低通滤波器设置对波形的影响1.设备与方法选择6台上海光电ECG-92C型数字心电图机(以下简称“心电图机”)。由EGC-1C心电信号发生器分别向6台心电图机输入频率为0.75Hz、幅度值为2mV的心电仿真信号,心电图机增益置为20mm/mV,走纸速度置为50mm/s。
