荔枝是一种亚热带果树,其中危害荔枝的昆虫——荔枝蝽最为常见。笔者在深圳地区工作时,诊治该虫所致的眼部损伤的病例,取得满意效果,特此介绍。一、荔枝蝽致伤后的一般表现患者男性,46岁,荔枝农。双眼先后被荔枝虫排出的臭气喷伤(右眼2天、左眼4小时),自觉畏光、流泪、异物感,剧烈刺痛,视力模糊。测视力:右眼20cm 指数,左眼0.1,检查:右眼睑红肿,局部轻度糜烂,球结膜明显混合性充血、水肿,角膜混浊水肿,中央偏下方有一3mm×4mm 大小溃疡,前房有黄白色
