本文以网络家电市场为研究对象,研究家电售后服务要求对网络消费者感知风险各维度的影响。结果表明:产品的售后服务要求与消费者的感知产品风险、经济风险、社会风险及心理风险显著正相关,而对隐身风险无显著影响。
This article takes the network appliance market as the research object to study the impact of the after-sales service requirements of the appliance on the dimensions of perceived risk of the network consumers. The results show that the after-sales service requirements of the products are significantly and positively correlated with consumers’ perceived product risks, economic risks, social risks and psychological risks, but have no significant impact on the invisible risks.
