2007年1月17～18日,总局科技委在深圳召开七届四次会议,张海涛同志出席会议并做了《统一思想,形成合力,推动广播影视科技和事业发展上一个大台阶》的工作报告。总局科技委特邀高级顾问、高级顾问、特邀委员、资深委员、委员、特邀代表,科技部高新技术司的有关领导、总局有关司局负责人以及各省(市、自治区)广电局科技处处长等共约180人参加了会议。会议讨论、审议了各专业委提交的建议书(草案)、报告书(草案)和建议(草案),颁发了2005年度总局科技创新奖和2005年度、2006年度全国广播影视系统优秀科技论文奖。
January 17-18, 2007, the State Science and Technology Commission of the State Council held the 4th meeting of the 7th session in Shenzhen.
