一、前言 单体铸造活塞环因石墨过冷或超长达不到国际要求,用硅铁或结晶硅作孕育剂,其孕育量超过0.2%时产生的铸件皮下气孔的废品也是可观的。我厂从80年起,通过仔细观察和多种实验,发现用稀土硅瞬时孕育对上述问题迎刃而解。使单体环的金相组织几乎百分之百达到国际要求;同时也因铸件皮下气孔的消除而使铸造废品减少到20%左右,经济效果在原来的基础上翻了三番多。这种孕育法安全系较大,铁水浇注温度在1250℃以上都可获得较好的金相组织。
I. This kind of inoculation safety system larger, hot metal pouring temperature above 1250 ℃ can get better microstructure.
