目的:了解2012年某复合肥厂存在的职业病危害因素,对其控制效果进行评价。方法:对复合肥厂生产岗位或工种存在的职业病危害因素进行现场调查和检测。结果:煤尘、噪声是该公司主要职业病有害因素,其他有害因素有CO、NH3等。煤尘合格率60%、噪声合格率53.3%。CO、氨空气检测均合格。结论:某复合肥厂作业岗位或工种对粉尘、噪声和毒物的控制措施还不完善,部分岗位或工种职业危害因素检测结果不合格,应改善作业环境,加强个人防护,保护劳动者健康,减少职业病发生。
Objective: To understand the occupational hazards that existed in a compound fertilizer plant in 2012 and evaluate its control effects. Methods: On-site investigation and testing were conducted on the occupational hazards that existed in the production or construction of compound fertilizer plants. Results: Coal dust and noise are the main occupational diseases in this company. Other harmful factors include CO and NH3. Coal dust passing rate of 60%, 53.3% pass rate of noise. CO, ammonia air testing are qualified. Conclusion: The control measures of the dust, noise and poison of job or work in a compound fertilizer factory are not perfect. The test results of occupational hazards in some job or work are unqualified. The working environment should be improved, the personal protection should be strengthened, the health of workers should be reduced, Occurrence of occupational diseases.
