外语考试制度伦理研究的重点并非考生个人行为的合理性,而是外语考试制度的道德性、正当性和合理性。外语考试伦理可以上升为制度,外语考试制度反过来又可以引导、规范外语考试相关各方的行为和观念。社会对外语考试的伦理期待形式多样,表现显著,同时中国语境下外语考试制度变革主要是在伦理期待下推动的。要使外语考试制度有伦理之善,当务之急是建立外语考试伦理规则,融合考试制度形式伦理与实质伦理,加强外语考试队伍的专业化建设。
The focus of ethical research on the foreign language examination system is not the reasonableness of the candidates’ individual behavior, but the morality, legitimacy and rationality of the foreign language examination system. The ethics of foreign language examinations can be upgraded to a system. The foreign language test system can in turn guide and regulate the behaviors and concepts of all parties involved in a foreign language test. The ethical expectations of the society in examinations for foreign languages are diverse and manifest. In the meantime, the reform of the foreign language examination system in China is mainly driven by ethical expectations. In order to make the foreign language examination system ethically good, it is imperative to establish ethics rules in foreign language examinations, integrate ethics and substantive ethics in the examination system, and strengthen the professionalization of foreign language examination teams.
