由于当前社会经济在不断地发展,使得我国各个行业存在的市场竞争愈加激烈,因此企业在这种环境之下想要获得更多利润,其难度就会更大。在当前的经济环境之下,企业的成本管理应该发挥出更大的作用,不仅仅要保证企业在经营期内收益的增长,还要在很大程度上确保企业更好地生存和发展。文章先对工业企业当前实行成本管理的含义以及工业企业成本管理的重要性进行了介绍,又以某企业作为实例,进一步对工业企业在进行成本管理时所面临的问题进行分析,最终提出相关的能够提高成本管理效率的措施。
