我科自１９９６年４月至１９９８年４月，对４６例脑室出血（ＩＶＨ）患者采用侧脑室穿刺加尿激酶（ＵＫ）溶解并腰穿置换脑脊液治疗，与 １９９３年４月至 １９９６年３月的 ４８例采用侧脑室穿刺加 ＵＫ溶解引流的ＩＶＨ患者进行病例对照研究，效果满意，现报道如下。１资料?
