大手笔投入、区域性地推进教育信息化,对闵行这样一个地处市郊,城郊学校发展差异比较大的区域来说,不仅达到了通过信息化提高课堂效率、发展学生知识和能力的效果,更为重要的是,为促进区域学校均衡发展搭建了技术平台,郊区学校在信息技术方面实现了跨越式发展,农村教师在信息资源的获取方面走出闭塞,和城区教师站在了同一起跑线上。让优质资源得到更大范围的共享,让薄弱学校得到跨越式发展,从而大力推动教育实现均衡化、内涵式发展。闵行的做法,也为其他区域的信息化建设,提供了一个蓝本。
Large-scale investment and promotion of educational information in a regional manner has not only achieved the effect of improving classroom efficiency and developing students’ knowledge and abilities through the use of informatization in areas such as Minhang, which is located in suburbs and where the development of suburban schools is relatively different. What is important is that a technology platform has been set up to promote the balanced development of regional schools. Suburban schools have achieved leap-forward development in information technology. Rural teachers have been obstructed in accessing information resources and are standing on the same starting line with urban teachers. We will allow quality resources to be shared in a wider range, so that weak schools will develop by leaps and bounds, and we will vigorously promote balanced and conspicuous development of education. The practice of Minhang also provides a blueprint for the informationization of other regions.
