图书馆是负责收集、整理、保存和利用文献资源,并为一定社会的政治、经济服务的宣传教育机构,而目前在我国决定着一个国家青少年未来的中小学图书馆(室)的境况却令人担忧,学校图书馆室基础薄弱,与实施素质教育的要求相差甚远,存在的一些问题,值得我们深思。一、学校图书馆存在的不足 1.学校领导不重视。2.无固定馆舍及阅览桌椅。3.馆藏文献的数量、质量均欠佳。4.无专职图书管理人员。5.对现有的文献资料管理不当,既无统一规则又无统一标准,即使有,中小学分类法也不应用,致使分类、编目均不规范,
Libraries are public information and education institutions responsible for collecting, organizing, preserving and using documentary resources and serving the politics and economy of certain societies. However, the current situation of primary and secondary libraries (rooms) that determine the future of a nation’s youth in our country People are worried that the foundation of the school library is weak and far from the requirement of carrying out quality education. Some problems that exist are worth our consideration. First, the inadequacies of the school library 1. School leaders do not pay attention. 2. No fixed premises and reading tables and chairs. 3. The number of collections of literature, quality are poor. 4. No full-time book management staff. 5.
