目的了解环境因素与食管癌发病的关系,找出其危险因素,为预防食管癌的发病提供科学依据。方法采用病例-对照研究,选择年龄、性别和居住地基本相同的113食管癌病人和118例对照为研究对象,应用非条件Logistic回归分析,分析环境因素和食管癌发病的关系。结果饮酒指数、热烫饮食、霉变食品摄入、新鲜蔬菜摄入、三餐定时、空气受污染状况、遇事态度、长期精神状态与食管癌的发生具有一定的联系。结论食管癌的发生与环境和生活因素具有一定的关系。
Objective To understand the relationship between environmental factors and the pathogenesis of esophageal cancer, identify its risk factors, and provide scientific basis for the prevention of esophageal cancer. Methods A case-control study was conducted. 113 esophageal cancer patients and 118 controls with the same age, gender, and place of residence were selected as study subjects. Unconditional logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between environmental factors and the incidence of esophageal cancer. Results The drinking index, blanching diet, mildew food intake, fresh vegetable intake, timing of meals, air pollution, distressed attitude, long-term mental status and the occurrence of esophageal cancer have certain links. Conclusion The occurrence of esophageal cancer has a certain relationship with environmental and living factors.
