本文在分析中国制造业发展现状的基础上,探讨了低碳经济对中国制造业国际竞争力造成的消极和积极影响,使用1991—2012年的数据样本来拟合相关变量对中国制造业贸易竞争力的贡献程度,运用逐步回归、平稳、协整检验和异方差检验,最后得到长期均衡的回归方程和误差修正模型,结果显示二氧化碳排放量与制造业竞争力指数之间呈负相关。所以,由于制造业能源消耗结构问题,对中国制造业国际竞争力在短期会产生负面的影响,但长远来看,低碳经济的减排机制,有利于中国制造业可持续发展竞争力的形成及提升。鉴于此,基于低碳经济的中国制造业国际竞争力提升从政府层面可提供低碳制度规范、改进低碳激励政策并加强国际低碳交流与合作;从企业层面需增强低碳经营观念、发展低碳技术创新、推行绿色低碳营销以及重视相关人才培养。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of China’s manufacturing industry, this paper explores the negative and positive impact of low-carbon economy on the international competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry, using data from 1991 to 2012 to fit the relevant variables to China’s manufacturing trade competition Using the stepwise regression, stationary, co-integration test and heteroskedasticity test, and finally obtained the long-term equilibrium regression equation and error correction model, the results show that the carbon dioxide emissions and manufacturing competitiveness index was negatively correlated. Therefore, due to the structure of energy consumption in manufacturing industry, the international competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry will have a negative impact in the short run. However, in the long run, the emission reduction mechanism of low-carbon economy is conducive to the formation of the competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing industry in sustainable development And upgrade. In view of this, the enhancement of the international competitiveness of China’s manufacturing based on the low-carbon economy can provide low-carbon institutional norms, improve low-carbon incentive policies and strengthen international low-carbon exchanges and cooperation from the government level. From the corporate level, it is necessary to enhance the concept of low-carbon management and develop Low-carbon technological innovation, promotion of green low-carbon marketing and emphasis on relevant personnel training.
