以“铁的条例、铁的纪律、铁的管理”而名闻遐迩的我国最大的空调生产基地——江苏春兰制冷设备总公司,8年产值效益连续翻8番,1992年销售15亿元,创利税2亿多元,全员劳动生产率达到欧美同行先进水平。今年一季度产值达7亿多元,年产空调能力将达100万台,成为世界上最大的空调生产基地之一。这是春兰公司通过现代化管理创造出的高效率。
