“三资”企业在改革开放中从无到有、发展迅速,现已成为我国工业家族中充满蓬勃生机而不可等闲视之的新成员。1991年底,全国已有“三资”企业37215家,比上年增长46％,产值突破7000亿元,上缴利税43亿元。对我国现代化建设起着重要的促进作用。目前,改革的大潮为“三资”企业迅速发展提供了更好的气候、环境和条件,全国各地争前恐后迅速行动起来,“三资”企业进入最佳发展时期。
The “three-capital” enterprises have enjoyed rapid development in the process of reform and opening up. They have now become the new members of the industrial families in China who are full of vitality and can not be ignored. By the end of 1991, there had been 37,215 “three-capital” enterprises across the country, an increase of 46% over the previous year. The output value exceeded 700 billion yuan and the profits and taxes were turned over to 4.3 billion yuan. It plays an important role in promoting the modernization of our country. At present, the tide of reform has provided a better climate, environment and conditions for the rapid development of “three-capital-oriented” enterprises. Across all parts of the country, the rapid operation of “three-capital” enterprises has entered the best development stage.
