介绍了用锁相放大器来研究金红石相TiO2陶瓷的电导、介电损耗、介电常数的实部和虚部的湿度响应,以及表面处理对该湿度响应的影响。提出的“TiO2陶瓷水分子薄膜”模型能很好地解释实验结果。
The phase-locked amplifier was used to study the humidity response of the real and imaginary parts of the electrical conductivity, dielectric loss and dielectric constant of rutile TiO2 ceramics and the effect of surface treatment on the humidity response. The proposed “TiO2 ceramic water molecule film” model can well explain the experimental results.
