维持性血液透析是终末期肾脏疾病(end-stage renal disease,ESRD)替代疗法的主要方法之一.目前,将桡动脉和头静脉吻合进行自体动静脉造瘘(arteriovenous-fistula,AVF)是建立透析通路的首选方法.然而,受进行血液透析治疗患者的自身条件限制,临床造瘘失败的风险较高,且在ESRD长期的病理生理学改变及血液透析过程中,人工动静脉内瘘较易发生相应并发症,这些都将严重影响患者的临床治疗效果及生活质量.超声诊断技术在ESRD患者行血液透析AVF术前准确的评估、术后及时监测人工动静脉血管通路功能中有重要的应用价值.在对ESRD的治疗效果及病情改善情况的评估等具有较为重要的意义.,Hemodialysis is one of the main methods of ESRD replacement therapy.Currently,the radial artery and cephalic vein anastomosis performed AVF is the preferred method of hemodialysis access.However,due to the hemodialysis patients own conditions,the risk of clinical failure fistula is higher.And in the long-term pathophysiology of ESRD and hemodialysis process,the artificial arteriovenous fistula is more prone to the corresponding complications,which will seriously affect the patient’s clinical treatment and quality of life.Ultrasound technology before ESRD patients undergoing hemodialysis AVF surgery,timely and accurate assessment,monitoring artificial arteriovenous vascular access function has an important application value.In the treatment of ESRD and the improv meat of the condition of the clinical situation,it also has important guiding significance.
