营销服务是企业生存和发展的关键,对供电企业来说也是如此。“电”是人们日常生活、工业生产不可缺少的重要内容,随着社会经济发展,人们的生活水平逐步提高,对电的需求量越来越大,能否安全的输送优质电力,对电力企业来说是一个严峻的考验。面对竞争日益激烈的电力市场,除了输送优质、稳定的电力外,做好营销策略,提高行业服务意识,根据不同客户的不同需求,划分需求层次,为多层次的客户提供满意的服务,也是电力企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地的关键。本文分析了电力企业当前的营销状况,以创新理念为立足点,对加强供电企业的营销服务提出了建议和措施。
