Jinzhai County, Lu’an City, Anhui Province is located in the hinterland of the Dabie Mountains and is subject to natural conditions. Most of the rural roads are steeply bends and steep slopes, lack of signs and lines, lack of anti-collision (decelerating) facilities and farmer’s awareness of traffic safety.
