贫困国有林场扶贫项目和农村小型公益设施建设项目是财政部、国家林业局1998年、2001年联合启动实施的开发式扶贫项目。项目实施对加快宁夏生态建设步伐,改善国有林场落后面貌,增加农民收入,解决“三农”问题,确保宁夏林业重点工程顺利实施和全面建设小康社会起到了重要作用。
Poor state-owned forest farm poverty alleviation project and rural small-scale public welfare facilities construction project is the development-oriented poverty alleviation project jointly implemented by the Ministry of Finance and the State Forestry Administration in 1998 and 2001. The implementation of the project has played an important role in accelerating the pace of ecological construction in Ningxia, improving the backwardness of state-owned forest farms, increasing peasants’ income, solving the problems of “agriculture, countryside and farmers”, ensuring the smooth implementation of major forestry projects in Ningxia and building an overall well-to-do society.
