本文通过对湖南省湘西土家族苗族自治州地区8个县市的地面观测台站1960~2013年近53年的雷电天气现象的记录资料、雷电灾害调查资料以及湖南省防雷中心近年来闪电定位仪数据记录资料等进行统计分析,得到湘西地区的雷电环境的特征。所选取的地区目前正在规划建设的首个超高智能建筑艾利尚信国际酒店项目作为典型模型进行研究,通过对该典型项目进行雷电灾害风险评估和雷电防护方案的研究,从而总结建立本地区超高智能建筑雷电灾害风险评估和雷电防护的管理模板,为该地区后期开展同类型项目的雷电风险评估和雷电灾害的防御工作奠定基础,具有一定的指导作用。
