古往今来,人们把教师比作人类灵魂的工程师,这一比喻一点也不过分。二十多年的班主任工作,笔者深深地体会到:学生的养成教育是班主任工作的一门艺术,是教育学生如何做人的重要内容之一,这门艺术以培养学生良好的习惯为主线,是学校德育工作的基础工程,只有抓好小学生的养成教育,培养孩子们良好的行为习惯,才能为祖国培养高素质的合格人才。那么,如何才能抓好小学生的养成教育呢?联系自己二十多年的班主任工作谈几点体会。
