崇左市把联系服务群众实情作为选拔任用干部的重要依据,制定出台《崇左市领导干部“驻村蹲点”工作制度》,要求市四家班子成员、市直单位正职领导和处级后备干部要联系一个村,住在一个“东家”。驻村蹲点的干部要带头推进现代农业、扶贫攻坚、“美丽广西”乡村建设等“三农”工作。市委组织部派出工作组每季度对领导干部、后备干部驻村情况进行督查,将督查结果录入领导干部和处级后备干部“驻村蹲点”情况登记
