目的建立全自动在线萃取流动注射分析法测定食(饮)具中烷基苯磺酸钠残留量的方法。方法取100 ml蒸馏水,按标准操作冲洗消毒食(饮)具后制成样液,采用全自动流动注射分析法,通过在线萃取、实时显色,实现对食(饮)具中烷基苯磺酸钠残留量的测定。结果烷基苯磺酸钠的浓度为0 mg/L~1.00 mg/L时,线性关系良好,回归方程为y=45.84x-0.646 3,相关系数(r)为0.999 5,检出质量浓度为0.001 4 mg/100 cm~2。在高、中、低3种添加水平下,方法的加标回收率为98.8%~101.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.25%~1.20%。结论本法操作简便、试剂用量少,具有灵敏度高、准确度和精确度好等优点,提高了实验室自动化程度,适用于开展消毒食(饮)具中烷基苯磺酸钠残留量的批量分析。
