我国的高等戏曲教育,是古老的传统艺术与现代教育观念、现代教育体制在新时代科学结合的产物.对戏曲艺术、戏曲教育而言,这一“结合”是历史发展的必然.今天,我们伟大祖国已气势磅礴地进入了全面建立社会主义市场经济体制的历史新时期,涌动的改革大潮冲击着包括高等教育在内的各个领域.于是,一个早已存在、但对高等戏曲教育却又是颇为陌生的新课题,即实行“学分制”教学管理制度的问题,被适时地提到了我们的面前.这是一个大题目、一篇大文章,是深化改革的大举措.为此,笔者不揣愚陋、略陈管见,谈几点个人的思考.
