On October 4, the first round of China-US law enforcement and cyber security dialogue reached a series of consensus. This is an important exploration and attempt by all countries in cyberspace to focus on cooperation, control differences and promote global security governance. Undoubtedly, the time has come for the security challenges to be overcome by force deterrence and zero-sum game. In the face of the common threat such as the “ransomware” incident that ravages the world, all countries undoubtedly have the most extensive common interest demands. Cooperation is the golden key to stability and the necessary path and essential requirement for building a community of human destiny in cyberspace.
