不知从什么时候开始,这也成了规矩:凡领导同志看戏,不论有无必要,散戏之后,全得上舞台走一遭,握手致贺,合影留念,动众兴师,颇显热闹。倘不如此,这个戏的编导乃至剧团负责人便有点不大坦然。演员希望接见,剧团希望多听听领导的意见,原在情理之中,无可厚非;但行之既久,难免流于形式。更有些“有心人”专在此时迫使领导表态,辑录下来,广为传播,断章取义,为我所用。当然,要说所有希望领导接见的人都是“心怀叵测”,那也实在冤枉。
