文章从分析传统高校图书馆员的教师行为入手，论述了在网络环境下高校图书馆员的教师行为，指出职业教师与职业图书馆员之间的工作行为将会越来越多地发生融合。
Starting with the analysis of teachers’ behaviors in traditional university librarians, the article discusses the teacher behavior of university librarians under the network environment and points out that the working behaviors between professional teachers and professional librarians will be more and more integrated.
