随着当前城市化建设步伐的加速,建筑工程项目也越来越多,项目的规模也在不断扩大,同时对房建工程项目的要求也越来越高。对于整个房建工程项目的开发而言,建设单位的作用十分关键毋庸置疑,作为项目的投资方,参与施工现场的管理工作不可缺少,并能够有效的使施工现场管理工作得到强化,使工程项目施工质量及进度均能得到提高。本文主要针对房建工程现场管理中建设单位的工作要点进行分析和研究。
