智慧城市是智慧地推进新型城镇化建设,是加强城市规划、建设、管理和运行的新模式。智慧城市试点是住房和城乡建设部推进新型城镇化工作的重要部署,已在逐步地影响并引导着越来越多城市的发展模式、建设重点、创新特色等发展道路,也不断地涌现了各样的创建典型并暴露了各样的不足与教训。因此,进一步深化智慧城市的理念与内涵、总结创建工作的经验与不足,不仅对当前的试点管理工作、城市创建与产业发展有帮助,也更利于我国智慧城市工作的整体健康发展。
