2009年我国发生了几起出现暴力情况的劳资冲突事件。本文剖析通钢集团和林钢集团改制过程中暴力事件的成因,为避免劳资冲突向暴力化方向发展提出预防措施。
In 2009, there were several cases of labor conflicts in our country that were violent. This article analyzes the causes of the violent incidents in the process of the restructuring of Tonghua Iron and Steel Group and the Lin Steel Group, and puts forward preventive measures to prevent the labor conflicts from becoming violent.
