本文介绍了一种测定海藻和精盐中碘的新方法。将海藻或精盐中的碘经碱熔灰化后变成碘化物,这种碘化物与Hg~(2+)形成难离解的络合物,然后,将反应剩余Hg~(2+)用Sn~(2+)还原,生成汞蒸汽,再用氩气吹脱,经冷原子吸收分光光度计测定剩余汞。本法灵敏、快速、准确,高浓度的氯化物不干扰测定。仪器: Perkin-Elmer 300型原子吸收分光光度计,附带Omniscribe D-500型记录仪,汞空心阴极灯。汞发生器,有氩气通过的出口和入口,盖上有一玻璃管,末端多孔,并浸入溶液中。马福炉,用以分解样品。
This article presents a new method for the determination of iodine in seaweed and refined salt. After the iodine in seaweed or salt is melted by alkali, it becomes iodide. This iodide forms dissociation complex with Hg 2+, and then the remaining Hg 2+ in the reaction is treated with Sn ~ (2+) reduction, generating mercury vapor, then stripped of argon, the remaining mercury by cold atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The law sensitive, fast, accurate, high concentrations of chloride does not interfere with the determination. Instrument: Perkin-Elmer 300 atomic absorption spectrophotometer with Omniscribe D-500 recorder, mercury hollow cathode lamp. Mercury generator, with an exit and inlet through which argon flows, is covered with a glass tube that is porous at the end and immersed in the solution. Mufu furnace, to decompose the sample.
