二苄基二氯化锡与2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙反应,合成了含Sn2O2四元环的苄基锡配合物,经元素分析、1 H NMR、IR、UV-Vis和X-射线单晶衍射表征分子结构,该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶体学参数:a=19.100 2(5),b=18.425 6(5),c=15.362 6(4),α=γ=90°,β=112.754 0(10)°,Z=2,V=498 5.8(2)3,Dc=1.474Mg·m-3,μ(MoKα)=1.061mm-1,F(000)=2 240,R=0.038 9,wR=0.088 6;结构分析表明配合物为双锡核分子,且分子以Sn2O2四元环为中心对称,中心锡原子为七配位五角双锥构型。在空气氛下,测定了配合物的热稳定性;在Tris缓冲溶液中,以EB做为荧光探针,用荧光光谱法初步研究了配合物与鲱鱼精DNA的相互作用,结果表明配合物与鲱鱼精DNA作用是插入结合与静电结合共同作用所致。

The interaction between the complex and herring sperm DNA was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy in Tris buffer solution with EB as the fluorescent probe. The results showed that the complex Herring sperm DNA function is due to the combination of insert binding and electrostatic binding.
