污点证人是证人的一种,既具有一般证人的共性,又具有自身的特点。污点证人享有人身、财产安全受保护权、获得经济补偿权以及要求国家兑现作证豁免等权利。因此,必须构建污点证人权利保障措施体系,以保障污点证人的各项权利。
Blind witness is a kind of witness, which not only has the commonness of common witnesses, but also has its own characteristics. Tainted witnesses enjoy the right to protection of their personal and property security, obtain financial compensation and require the State to honor the evidence of immunity. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a system of safeguarding the rights of tainted witnesses in order to protect the rights of the witnesses of tainted spots.
