经过周密的筹划和安排,民航乌鲁木齐管理局通信导航信息处首次导航ILS设备飞行校验培训班于2001年9月3日开班,共历时5天。本次培训打破了以往只重视理论内容的培训方式,大胆尝试了将理论学习与现场实际操作结合起来的新的培训方法。目的在于使学员通过理论与实践相结合能够独立地组织并完成今后全疆各航站导航ILS设备的飞行校验任务,提高校飞工作质量。此次培训共有20名学员参加,均为全疆各航站机场的技术骨干。培训内容包括:导航设备的飞行校验规则、飞行校验前的具体准备工作、ILS设备飞行校验的调试方法、校飞后的数据记录和资料处理、如何看校飞资料、报告和图纸以及乌鲁木齐机场ILS设备飞行校验现场实际操作和培训总结、经验交流。其中:如何看校飞资料、报告和图纸由总局校验中心校验员唐恩育主任亲自为学员进行了讲解。此次培训达到了预期的目的,学员们一致反映经过此次培训,对校飞工作有了进一步的认识、技术得到了全面的提高、也为今后更好地做好校飞工作打下了坚实的基础。据悉,由学员独立承担的今年民航乌鲁木齐管理局9月份的ILS设备校飞任务已在校验过的航站取得了圆满的结果。
After careful planning and arrangement, Civil Aviation Urumqi Administration of Communications and Navigation Information Service for the first time ILS flight training flight inspection on September 3, 2001, a total of 5 days. This training has broken the previous emphasis on the theoretical content of the training, bold attempt to combine the theoretical study with the actual operation of the site of the new training methods. The purpose is to enable students through the combination of theory and practice can independently organize and complete the flight check task of ILS navigation throughout the Xinjiang Airlines at each terminal in order to improve the quality of school flight work. A total of 20 trainees participated in the training, both of which are the technical backbone of the airport terminals in Xinjiang. The training contents include: flight check rules of navigation equipment, concrete preparation before flight check, debugging method of ILS equipment flight check, data recording and data processing after school fly, how to read school flight data, reports and drawings, Urumqi Airport ILS equipment flight verification field actual operation and training summary, experience exchange. Of which: how to read the school flight data, reports and drawings by the General Survey Center Checker Director Tang Enyu personally for the trainees to explain. The training achieved the expected purpose. The students unanimously reported that after this training, they have further knowledge of school flight work, improved their skills in an all-round way and laid a solid foundation for better school flight work in the future basis. It is learned that by the students bear this year, the civil aviation Urumqi Authority September ILS equipment school flight mission has been verified at the terminal has achieved satisfactory results.
