对11种鼠尾草属植物叶片和叶柄的解剖学特征进行比较。应用石蜡切片法观察了11种鼠尾草属植物叶的解剖结构,测量了表皮、木质部、韧皮部等指标,并结合主成分和系统聚类对所测数据进行了分析。结果表明:11种鼠尾草叶片均为异面叶,叶片和叶柄表面均覆有毛被。上下表皮均由1层细胞构成。在叶片和叶柄横切面上不同种鼠尾草属植物的结构有差异。其中上表皮厚度等9个解剖特征可作为鼠尾草属分类鉴定的重要依据,并为鼠尾草属植物亲缘关系鉴定提供了解剖学证据。
The anatomical characteristics of leaves and petioles of 11 Salvia species were compared. The anatomical structures of leaves of 11 Salvia plants were observed by paraffin section method. The indexes of epidermis, xylem and phloem were measured. The measured data were analyzed by principal components and cluster analysis. The results showed that 11 kinds of sage leaves were allochromic leaves, and the surface of leaves and petioles were covered with hair coat. The upper and lower epidermis are composed of 1 layer of cells. There are differences in the structure of different species of sage on cross-section between leaf and petiole. Among them, 9 anatomical features, such as the thickness of the epidermis, could be used as an important basis for the classification and identification of the genus Salvia and provide anatomical evidence for the genetic relationship of the genus Salvia.
