伏结球白菜新品种选育成功与否，关键在于双亲的原产地和类型。早皇白类型或夏阳类型与北方有毛或无毛类型组配表现耐热性和耐湿性均差，不能作伏结球白菜应用，但有的可作为早秋菜品种应用。双亲差异小、亲缘近的组合均未入选。
The key to the successful breeding of new cabbage cultivars is the origin and type of parents.
