利用固体脉冲Nd:YAG激光对AZ31B变形镁合金的切割工艺进行了研究。结果表明,当平均功率和脉冲宽度相同时,切缝宽度随着脉冲频率的增大而减小;平均功率和脉冲频率相同时,脉冲宽度是影响切缝宽度的主要参数;脉冲频率和脉冲宽度相同时,切缝宽度随着平均功率、峰值功率和单脉冲能量的增大而增加;在相同的平均功率、峰值功率和脉宽比下,脉冲宽度是影响切缝宽度主要参数。脉冲激光切割薄板镁合金时应选择较小脉宽、中等频率和适当的峰值功率的原则。
The solid state pulsed Nd: YAG laser was used to study the cutting process of AZ31B magnesium alloy. The results show that when the average power and pulse width are the same, the width of kerf decreases with the increase of pulse frequency. When the average power and pulse frequency are the same, the pulse width is the main parameter that affects the kerf width.
