目的掌握山西省降氟改水工程运行情况及水氟含量,为饮水型氟中毒防治工作提供科学依据。方法按照《山西省地方性氟中毒病区改水工程调查方案》的要求,在山西省抽取7个市的45个县,在每个县的地方性氟中毒病区进行改水工程调查,调查工程的运行情况和水氟含量,在每处正常使用的改水工程处,采集1份水源水和3份末稍水,采用生活饮用水卫生标准检验方法 (GB/T 5750.5-2006)测定水氟。结果共调查1 804处降氟改水工程,其中正常使用工程1 673处,占92.74%,间歇运转工程117处,占6.48%,报废或停止运转工程14处,占0.78%;水氟含量合格(≤1.2 mg/L)工程1 328处,占74.19%,水氟含量超标工程462处,占25.81%。结论山西省降氟改水工程运行状况不容乐观,应进一步加大病区改水力度,坚持可持续降氟改水防治策略。
Objective To understand the operation of fluorine-lowering water diversion project in Shanxi Province and water fluorine content, to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of drinking-water fluorosis. Methods According to the investigation plan of water diversion project in endemic fluorosis area in Shanxi province, 45 counties of 7 cities were selected in Shanxi Province to investigate the water diversion project in the endemic fluorosis area in each county. The operation of the project and water fluorine content, in each normal use of water works, collecting a source of water and 3 little water, using drinking water health standard test method (GB / T 5750.5-2006) Determination of water fluorine. Results A total of 1 804 projects were completed, including 1 673 normal use projects, accounting for 92.74%, 117 intermittent operation projects accounting for 6.48% and 14 projects abolishing or stopping operation, accounting for 0.78%. The water fluorine content was qualified (≤1.2 mg / L) 1 328 projects, accounting for 74.19%, and 462 projects exceeding the water fluorine content, accounting for 25.81%. Conclusions The operation status of fluoride reduction and water diversion project in Shanxi Province is not optimistic. It is necessary to further increase the intensity of water diversion in the ward and insist on the strategy of reducing water supply and improving water quality.
