目的:分析药剂科药事管理工作在医院管理工作中所具有的作用。方法:对我院2014年1月至2016年1月所存在的不合理用药行为的概率进行分析,并由专业的药剂科的工作人员对其工作的满意程度以及患者对于药剂科工作的满意程度进行调查,发现2014年1月至2015年1月药剂科在实际工作时更多的依照传统的方式进行操作,而2015年1月至2016年1月药剂工作者有效的利用的传统方式的进行管理的同时,增加了药事管理。结果:2014年1月至2015年1月存在的不合理用药事件概率为0.28%,2015年1月段至2016年1月段存着的不合理用药事件仅为0.04%,明显低于前一年,并且2015年1月至2016年1月工作人员对于自身工作的满意度以及患者对于药剂科工作人员工作的满意度相对于前一年要高出很多,各项差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院管理工作中加强对药剂科药事的管理不但能够提高临床用药的合理性,还能够有效提升患者的满意度以及工作者自身的满意度,使得工作人员的积极性有所增加,还有效保证了临床治疗效果,提高了患者的生活质量。
