1996年,全国70多位人大代表呼吁修改现行《婚姻法》,理由是它已不能规范目前的婚姻生活了。现实的超前与思想的滞后,使许多人感到困惑和无奈,婚姻生活中的是是非非,往往又因法律的不完善而使人无所定性及评判。因此说,在现实婚姻生活中,的确存在《婚姻法》无法界定的事例,本文暂称之为《婚姻法》里的盲区。读了以下几例盲区里的故事,人们也许对修改《婚姻法》有更深的理解。
In 1996, over 70 NPC deputies called for the revision of the existing “Marriage Law” on the grounds that it no longer regulated the current marriage. The backwardness of the realistic advancement and thinking has caused many people to feel confused and frustrated. Marriage and life are both right and wrong, often making people indifferent and judging due to imperfect laws. Therefore, in the actual marriage life, there are indeed instances where the Marriage Law can not be defined. This article is tentatively referred to as the blind spot in the Marriage Law. Read the following few stories in the blind spot, people may modify the “Marriage Law” have a deeper understanding.
